Location
the location of this farmhouse with large sheds is something to write home about. lovely countryside with phenomenal views, yet not far from ruurlo. the plot is beautifully wide. if you demolish the sheds and manage to get some more demolition meters somewhere, a second house is allowed (total 1,000 m2 demolition). built almost 100 years ago, but over the years expanded, refurbished and made attractive. we like to make you excited about the place, the possibilities and the potential. read along.

house
when you enter through the front door, you are immediately in an impressive hallway. to the right you see, among other things, the toilet, a deep storage closet and the modern bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet, design radiator, spotlights). the next door shows us a spacious utility room. a door further on we are in a bedroom. meanwhile, we have also passed two wardrobes. we will leave the staircase for now. first we want to enjoy the unobstructed view. and that is perfectly possible from the open kitchen with appliances. the living room is nice and wide with a wood-burning stove. the walls are smoothly plastered and there is a sleek pvc floor. upstairs are two large bedrooms, but you can also make four. storage space is plenty behind the knee walls. the house was completely refurbished and insulated in 2019. outside, the facades have been blasted and re-glued and most of the windows and gutters have been put in new. the glazed roof tiles also give it a particularly nice cachet.

loodsen
the property makes an extra imposing appearance because of the wide wing with 2 large sheds behind it. in your mind, we take you right along. in real life everything is even grander and more spacious. we see from the hall a number of former toilets. the hall is accessible from both the side and the front. in the wide wing we see a number of office spaces (1 is now a bedroom, 1 was the kitchen, 1 is a billiard room and 1 is now used as a bar). we enter the first large hall with a huge storage attic. heating by heater and central heating boiler. inside we enter the even larger second hall. with overhead doors and 7 cm thick stamped concrete floors and steel trusses. again a large attic storage. the sheds are in use as a workshop, caravan storage and storage of materials.

this applies inside but certainly also outside. the spacious driveway in front of the sheds is paved with concrete pavers. to the left is a meadow and the driveway next to the house winds in a gallant arch to the rear. behind is still room for storage. and yes, would you like your own small food forest, vegetable garden or your own fruit trees? plenty of room. and such a wide lot gives many possibilities.

rural
this place certainly is. in the morning when you wake up you immediately enjoy all the birds, rabbits and hares, deer and neighboring sheep. the sunrises and sunsets, the expressive cloudscapes, every day the view is something different.

looking in
